1st Annual Beach Tournament |
|
When: July 29, 2006 Where: The Village Oasis at the Sports Village (Hwy 400 and Rutherford Rd) Cost: Rec and Int levels — $240 (or $210 early bird special, before July 15) Competitive — $160 (or $140 early bird special) If you don’t have a team we will find you one. Individual entries are $40
All the money raised by this event will be donated to Halton Women’s Place. If we reach our goal we will be sponsoring a bedroom for 12 months, which sees an average of 25 women and children stay in that room over the year. This means each and every team entered is directly raising the money needed to provide safe shelter for one abused women or child —we can all make a difference! Every dollar you collect in pledges directly goes to this worthy cause.
Event details: Þ Co-ed Beach volleyball with three divisions (Recreational and Intermediate 6’s. Competitive 4’s) and about 2 hours of playing time per team.
